When FRP7 is fully retired in February 2026, this build will become the production Terminal. Early participation provides us with valuable feedback and helps ensure a smoother, more refined experience at launch.

Announcement #1: Updated Release Schedule Starting November 20th
Effective November 20, 2025, regular platform releases for European and US-based backplanes will shift to Thursday mornings (CET). The new schedule also ensures full engineering and support coverage during deployments. If you have any questions, please contact your Dizzion representative or Support.
Announcement #2: FRP7 will stop working on February 1st, 2026
Frame Remoting Protocol v7 (FRP7) has been End of Life (EOL) for more than a year. Effective February 1, 2026, all FRP7 sessions will stop working, and the version will be fully removed. Announcement #5: Upcoming Enablement of the New IAM-Based SAML2 Backend
As part of our next deployment, we will be enabling the new IAM (Identity Access Management)–based SAML2 backend. This update introduces an improved SAML2 integration workflow while ensuring full continuity for all existing configurations.
What this means for customers:
No impact to existing SAML2 integrations:
All current SAML2 setups created through IMG (Identity Management Gateway) will continue operating exactly as they do today. Their UI remains unchanged, and they will continue using the http://frame.nutanix.com domains.New SAML2 integrations will use the updated IAM backend:
Any newly created SAML2 integration will leverage the new IAM backend, benefit from an updated UI and improved user experience, and use http://use.difr.com domains for metadata and return URLs.
Documentation:
Existing documentation for the legacy workflow remains available on https://docs.dizzion.com.
New documentation describing the updated SAML2 flow, UI, domains, and backend is available here: https://docs.difr.com/books/platform-administrators-guide/page/general-saml2-integration
