Frame Console 4.38.0
Added:
[AZURE] Added a reminder above the secret key field on the Create and Update screens, prompting customers to plan for secret expiration and update keys in advance to prevent downtime.
Renamed the "Import Workloads" option in the VMs section for persistent accounts to "Register Workloads" for more precise meaning and alignment with its purpose in the workflow.
Fixed:
Fixed an issue in the account creation flow where the selected SGA option was not shown correctly on the summary page. The page now accurately reflects the customer’s selection.
Important notes:
[SGA] Deprecation Notice for SGA 3.5
Starting with the next Frame Platform release (planned in two weeks), customers can no longer create new SGA 3.5 instances for new accounts directly from the console UI. If SGA 3.5 is still required, customers may request it through the official support channel, but justification will be required. We strongly recommend migrating to SGA 4.0 and using SGA 4.0 clusters for all new accounts, as it delivers:
Improved performance
Stronger security
Simplified management
Overall enhanced functionality
An end-of-life (EOL) announcement for SGA 3.5 will follow in the coming months. After that date, all customers must migrate to version SGA 4.
[AZURE] NVv3-series and NVv4 Retirement Notice
If you currently use NVv3-series or NVv4-series virtual machines on Azure within Dizzion DaaS, please plan your migration before September 30, 2026, as Microsoft is retiring these VM types. To prepare, you can use the Change Instance Type option (available for Sandboxes and Utility Servers) and add additional production instance pools to validate and transition your workloads to a supported VM series ahead of the retirement deadline. For more information, see the official Microsoft announcement: NVv3-series retirement notice and NVv4-series retirement notice.
