[AWS] Customer admins can now request custom AWS IOPS settings for their volumes. They can contact support to set the AWS_IOPS vendor property with values between 3000 and 16000. Note: AWS enforces a maximum ratio of 500 IOPS per GB; no additional validation is done on the gateway. (FRAME-1676)
