Added:
Support for dynamic timeout values for session start. Previously, Frame will time-out a session if it does not start within 15 minutes. Now, the session will time-out in 15 minutes or in the Inactivity Timeout (Settings > Session > Time Limits) value, whichever is greater.

[GCP] Issue during the GCP VM provisioning process where a failure occurs, the GCP VM ID is not known and Frame is unable to execute the proper rollback procedure.
