Fixed:
Issue where local Windows user Frame cannot be added to the local Windows Administrators group when Frame Guest Agent Installer v2.0.2 is run in a domain-joined VM that is: (a) unable to reach the domain controller and has existing domain users in the local Windows Administrators group or (b) domain users were added to local Windows Administrators group, but then were deleted on the domain controller.
