Step-by-Step Guide for Creating a Service Request:
Step 1: Access Dizzion Support:
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Navigate to the Dizzion Support login page (e.g., https://support.dizzion.com).
- Click "Sign In" and you will be redirected to c3s.dizzion.com to enter credentials.
- Enter your C3 login credentials (email address and password).
- Click the "Sign in" button to access your Dizzion Support account.
- Once logged in, you will be redirected back to the Dizzion Support Center.
Step 2: Navigate to the Request Creation Page:
- Click on the "Submit Request" button located in the top navigation menu.
Step 3: Start Creating a Request:
- On the Request page, select the product your request is for.
Step 4: Fill in Request Details:
- In the request creation form, provide the necessary information:
Step 5: Add Attachments (if needed):
- If any relevant files or screenshots can assist in understanding the request, click on the "Attachments" button to upload them or drag and drop them in the designated area.
Step 6: Submit the Ticket:
- After filling in all the necessary details, click on the "Submit" button to create the request.
Step 7: Confirmation and Ticket Tracking:
- Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation message or email with the ticket details, including a unique ticket number.
- Take note of the ticket number for future reference.
- You can now track the progress of the request from the Dizzion support portal.
- You can view support requests in a few different ways
- Click the "Requests" link at the top of the support portal page.
- At the top righthand header Select Menu -> View Support Requests
